Title : Letter to the butterflies

This poem tells about someone who writes letter to the butterflies. He interests so much with the butterflies’ life. On his writing, he tries to describe about how hard their life. They traveled 5000 miles since summer. They live in a valley that surrounded by living mountains of butterflies. They have to protect themselves from the long tongue of lizards and insecticides. They may die anonymously. He thinks that his life is same with their life because full with struggle.
Comment :
I think this poem is very full with simile words. The writer tries to describe about the life of butterflies and he make it perfectly. With his knowledge about butterflies, he make me who read this poem imagine how hard life is.
Experience :
When I read this poem, it teaches me about life. Like the butterflies’ life that full with struggle, I think I have to do the same. I have to try to undergo my life to be better and better. I do not have to fell abandon with my life.
